1. What You're Buying

You are purchasing a digital PDF document titled "EU Neobanks & Payment Providers 2026" (the "Guide"). The Guide is delivered as a downloadable PDF file immediately upon confirmed payment. No physical product is shipped.

2. Licence & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to:

You may not:

The Complete tier includes a licence for one named individual only. If you wish to share the Guide within a team or organisation, please contact us for a team licence.

We stand behind the quality of the Guide and offer personal support by email. If anything in the Guide is unclear, you want more detail on a specific provider, or you believe information is outdated, email us at hello@cardwize.eu and we will respond personally.

We welcome suggestions for providers, corrections, and feedback — accepted suggestions are credited in future editions.

Because the Guide is a digital product delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as standard practice. If you believe there is a genuine error with your purchase (e.g. download not received, wrong product delivered), contact us at hello@cardwize.eu with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Accuracy & Disclaimer

Complete tier purchasers receive material updates to the Guide when significant provider changes occur (new licences, major regulatory actions, provider closures). Updates are delivered to the email address used at purchase. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

If you are an EU consumer, you retain all statutory rights granted under applicable EU directives, including the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (subject to the digital content exception where the download has already been accessed).
